I thought only hippies listened to EOTO
Some segments of SCI sets are just like Zilla or EOTO but nobody wants a drummer taking over the whole show.
Red rocks is always on my radar... It's a little ways outta the way, but worth every mile. I stopped the first time on a road trip to check it out and knew I had to go back to see a show. I kept tabs and finally Radiohead played there, totally worth the mileage. After Daft Punk ripped Coachella to shreds I made the journey again. I grew up going to the Gorge and it has its own beauty, but Red Rocks is so tiny and the sound is so right there. I say go to both places as many times as you can. Make Coachella friends in both places because traveling for music is so much fun.

I'm hoping for a really solid, unique schedule and the opportunity to party with my coachella people both at the Rocks and in Denver. 8^)

I am so lame this way: I knew a number of the security people at the upper entrance at RR. They always said if I ever just wanted to "drop in" a show just let them know. I never once took them up on the offer. Maybe this year.... Yea Aurgasm, I think i counted about 300 MMJ adds in westword last week ..... cr****

So you are sleeping with Dave? You are slowly becoming Suprefan.
I did like this though...
U2's appearance at Invesco Field at Mile High on June 12 will be the biggest single-band concert in Colorado this year, but the third annual Mile High Music Festival will likely draw more people. The event will take over the fields surrounding Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City on Aug. 14-15, organizers told The Denver Post. Moving the festival from July to August has multiple benefits, according to promoter Chuck Morris.
"It won't be as hot in August," Morris, president of AEG Live Rocky Mountains, predicted. "And we're also a week after Lollapalooza, which will help with the routing of some of these bands."
Morris' team is busy booking, but he's not announcing any acts until his initial artist announcement, due in early March.

hahaha. hardly. First place i went to when i moved to denver was the westword. I met Dave but hardly know him. There are some other staffers who are music freaks too.
Ron, the mmj advertisements are out of control! Its kinda lousy not having my license. There are shops everywhere i go and I cannot partake..feels like being a kid again.

Dave Matthews headlines the closing night of AUG15th...........sigh.
Pretty sure Outsidelands fest gets him too.
hahahaha what do want to bet Dave Matthews gets a lollapalooza slot too.
Look at his tour schedule closely. Outside lands is the only iffy one. Again its just a guess on my part.
