Big acts like the Yeah Yeah Yeahs don't usually repeat 2 years in a row. Sometimes the small acts do, but usually the big ones don't. They won't end up on the line up.

I am also assuming since Julian Casablancas is on the line up, that they tried to get The Strokes, but The Strokes probably told them they would not be ready in time, so Julian offered himself.
