"It's in the K" - Martha Stewart
Since the show list is very minimal...
August 29 // Chemical Brothers w/ Chromeo & Yacht @ Hollywood Bowl
September 26 // Vampire Weekend w/ Beach House & the Very Best @ Hollywood Bowl
October 5 // ARCADE FIRE @ Henry Miller Library
October 13 // Corin Tucker Band @ The El Rey
(someone should give me Sufjan Stevens tickets, aint got none of those)
It might have been. It was just billed as UNKLE (James Lavelle). No specification.
Actually, yeah, I stand corrected. Wikipedia has a tour section, only two tours, both in 08. That UNKLE set must have been a DJ set.
Really? Was it a live set though? Or DJ?
Songkick and last.fm has details of headlining sets where they are billed with other bands for 1999. Nothing earlier tho.
Up Next: Cobra Starship, Gogol Bordello, Talib Kweli & Jean Grae
Well for one they were at Vegoose. For two: http://www.nme.com/news/unkle/29352
June 29, 2007
UNKLE are gearing up for their first-ever live show at London's Islington Academy next week
My 1998 for those who don't like frills. I did adjust the headliner as suggested b/c Bush weren't as big then and Blur wouldn't have headlined. All names still appear though.

abbeyroad - "FACTS"-wise, Weezer wouldn't have played at all that year. Ridiculous, I know.
Wow I just came in here because I'm like twenty minutes away from finally submitting my poster, and I realize it's going to instantly be ripped apart.
ok, finally done. My 1996 poster, featuring The Monkees reunited - they had gotten back together for a serious of sold out gigs in the UK.
also... there is a just got laughs act on here that pays homage to a certain film that was released the same year..

Nah. Most peopleare helpful. Not him. Fuck him and his opinions. Have you seen his shit for 1973. Ask him how many people like it other than himself. I've at least made 7 so I have some room to talk about creativity. They may not all be great but they blow his shit away.
I don't see how quoting yourself proves anything. Both Live and Weezer were coming off much more successful albums than the ones they released right before your poster. But despite supposedly selling well, I don't recall ever hearing any fucking singles off that Live album. Saying that Weezer already opened for them--when Weezer was barely known while Live were touring on a hugely successful album--is in no way defense of your stupid fucking poster.
