Attendees who are age 18 or younger must be under the supervision of a responsible adult chaperon at all times. A chaperon can be a) the child's parent(s) or b) someone, 25 years of age or older, who has a notarized letter from the child's parent(s) giving the child permission to travel with and be at the festival with the named chaperon. The note MUST be signed by a Notary Public, or it is NOT VALID.
Each parent and/or chaperon and child in their care will report to the Will Call booth, where Shambhala will issue a special wristband to the youth and parent/chaperon.
