OOPS!! i messed up w/ vip tickets. please help

so i just bought the 339 dollar vip upgrade, thinking that was the price to get in. now after some research i've learned that i also need to buy the 269 dollar tickets to go along with my vip tix. i dont have 600+ dollars to spend

So, is there a way i can trade in my vip upgrade for a normal 3 day festival pass?

or am i going to have to call Visa and have them cancel the payment, then i go buy a normal ticket?

Good luck. In the future, get an AMEX as they are much more flexible with chargeback requests. I'd go the route of saying that it was mis-marked and deceptively listed, rather than say you made a mistake.

Don't tell them you made a mistake. Call them & take care of it as soon as possible. Tell them that it wasn't a clear description. If they can't help, ask for a supervisor. If that doesn't work, call your credit card company ASAP and see if they can get Ticketmaster to refund. Of course, they never refund "convenience fees" and that other crap.

Or sell the tickets after you get them.

and in the future, please read before ordering. the page where you request how many upgrades you want says

**Event ticket is also required.**

I know whenever I buy anything on line, I always read every bit of text on the whole page(s).
