Anyone know? I'm guessing no.

maaaan, you don't have ten dollars?
In an effort to drastically reduce waste we are re-launching a filtered water program at Coachella in 2010.
Our mission is to cut back on the amount of plastic water bottles sold at the show.
We're offering 2 great options:
Bring your own water container - it must be completely empty container meant to store liquid to enter the venue (from the main entrance or any camping areas). No glass, metal, camel packs or plastic soda or water bottles*. You can purchase cold filtered water for only $1 per filling. 32oz maximum container allowed in. *meaning this is for bottles meant for refilling, not for an empty dasian or arrohead plastic bottles. etc.
Purchase a Souvenir Coachella container - receive free cold filtered water all weekend at the water program filling stations. There are refill locations located inside the venue & event areas. You can purchase containers at each of these locations along with at the merchandise tent and the general store in camping. Please see the map for locations or ask a festival staff member. *please note, you may not leave a beer garden or any bar area with a full container. So fill up after you leave that area.
the lines were so long for the water and the water was from the tap not even filtered!
uh, where were you filling up water at?
the water was from those big arrowhead (or some water company) water cooler bottles...sometimes cold, sometimes not, depending on when the bottle got put on the dispenser.
if you time your water breaks right and/or head to the other stations other than the one by the entrance, you can get water quick and easy. i don't think i spent more than 5 mins in line at any given time over the whole weekend and always had water.
this water program is the best! i'll buy a new bottle as well as bring one of my ones from last year.

ice cold water short line right of main stage!
Any plastic water bottle of 32 fl oz or less that was intended to be reused.
So nalgene is good:
other plastic bottles, generally sold empty and intended to be used over and over by the consumer are good
Stainless steel is not
an empty bottled water bottle is not
Note: the links I provided were just in case the images I stole from the web and didn't rehost went to goatse or something.
