I hope there's an official stream by early next week or before. I want to hear the new album and I don't want to get my hands dirty.

ME TOO. I really want to see both. I'd skip Phoenix if I didn't have my kids with me this year because I'm seeing Phoenix here on Monday, but they are really into the new album. I couldn't afford to buy tickets to the Phoenix show for my kids.

That's not saying much. I've seen Sigur Ros's light show in person and it's not that impressive. With that being said, the band and their performance is god like so they don't need to rely it.

    Seattle encore clip of lightshow.

Sigur Ros's light show runs circles around this.

Seeing Sigur Ros live before the Coach to avoid Conflicts. Is Phoenix really that debatable? It seems like they are just so obviously a lock to headline that only the real trolls are complaining. They kill it every time they play live, I've never heard of a bad Phoenix show. Even if it's new music, they haven't been terribly dissapointing with any of their other releases. GET EXCITED!

Haha dangit! no one calls it that? I'll be the first. As opposed to seeing them just on youtube? I don't know hahahaha. Now I feel stupid. Everything you wrote made me laugh, though. Also, can you start calling it the coach, too? Maybe we can get a thing going.

It might be the best light show the whole weekend for a non-EDM act. Stone Roses might have a good light show as well.

Or How To Destroy Angels. Unless you're counting them as an EDM act.

Interview on the making of Bankrupt!:

STEREOGUM: Bankrupt! has a serious ’80s vibe … at least in terms of production. It reminded me of early OMD records or something. That kind of production can sound really dated or thin when it’s done wrong, but in this case it sounds fantastic … especially when played really loud.

THOMAS: Thank you. When we first started making records in our bedrooms — you know, when you record track by track — it sounds really dry. Maybe because you have only one good mic and everything has to be done piece by piece. I think that has stayed with us and influenced the way we like things to sound. There’s a lot of reverb and stuff on this record, but it still has that kind of — I call it a dryness, where you hear everything, all the parts — and I think that comes from the way we made records in the beginning. I remember when we made our second album we built this special little room — we shrank the room down, like, four times — in order to get the driest sounds possible. It drives you crazy after a while because there is no sense of space in the music, everything is very isolated. As a result, I think that’s a record that only sounds good if it’s played really loud.
I really want to finally listen to a real copy of this thing.

Nice video it really captured how I felt . Notice lead singer sleeping on the ground .i would compare it to a death cab show / the xx / beach house / postal service . All pretty sounding boring live acts

I can see why Phoenix is headlining. They are a solid group, with a few solid songs.

Though I will not being seeing them, they look incredibly boring. I will also be far away from Sigur Ros since I saw them at OSL and though I respect their artistic sound, it was outrageously boring.

I just hope to god TPS and Hot Chip aren't conflicting.

I didn't pay close enough attention, but the sound sucked. ABLe performances are always awful IMO though. We'll see how it goes.

I thought the first song "Entertainment" sounded like a prerecorded track with live drums and that horrible keyboard (that ended at the wrong time) played over it. Was really disappointed. The second song sounded a lot better but I'm gonna watch it again closer to see if its the same bullshit as the first song.

Why do you put a space between the last word of your sentences and the punctuation mark?
