I'm glad to see "Broken Witch" still getting some run.

And yet their best actual song still isn't on there. Interesting to see a significant They Threw Us All etc. showing. Seems like they've got a lot of their more raaawwwwk type songs on this one too.

Ah. That is a good one.

Then again, it could be the "unrecognized percussion heavy track".

I doubt it though. The two times I saw them do it, it was like the album track, but with more atmospheric pieces. God I hope they play that tomorrow night.

But if they end with Broken Witch, I'd be fine with that too.

I sort of meant it as a joke, because it's from Drums Not Dead. But I also don't know the track names on that one too well because I usually listen to it front-to-back. Then I listened to it this morning and....yeah, the joke doesn't work.

It was incredible. When he introduced Plaster Casts as the "last song" I couldn't believe that 90ish minutes had flown by. I don't think I've ever seen them with less than five people, but the core trio fucking slays.

Here's what Setlist.fm has....I didn't notice that it was only one song from every older record (and a couple of B-sides that I didn't know existed), but that's what the stats tell us.

    3. Let's Not Wrestle Mt. Heart Attack
    4. Wixiw
    5. Ill Valley Prodigies

    7. Brats
    8. Who Is the Hunter
    9. Seven
    10. No.1 Against the Rush
    11. Pillars Were Hollow and Filled With Candy So We Tore Them Down
    12. Plaster Casts of Everything

      Encore

Beach Boy? That's not right. The first song of the encore was definitely Be Quiet Mt. Heart Attack

So last month I did an interview with Liars and it is now the feature article on the BeatRoute website. Check it out here: http://beatroute.ca/2012/07/03/liars/

It was pretty awesome speaking with Angus and, even though my editor made some changes I am not happy with, I think the final product came out pretty good. Give it a read!

I'm going to have to disagree with you guys... was completely unimpressed with last nights show. I will be skipping their set at FYF. Some songs were better than others but was definitely not convinced to buy the new vinyl at the show which I was kind of hoping for.

Hey Ryan, do you remember what the opener Canadian hip hop guys name was? He wasn't bad... Very strange stage ensemble with George Michael look alike doing his mixing but the guy had good energy and flow.
