Awwwwwww shit.
If the wonderland events weren't such a bitch to commute to and from, they'd be some of the best events around.
This looks like it's going to be awsome though, so I might have to make that annoying commute.

Seeing as that drive home from L.A. seems long after a night of dancing, suffacated just called out about this from the other room and we're considering it. San Berdo ain't that far!
Another Daft Punk album, great guys, so glad you spent years making this:
Now would you please shut the fuck up with this boring crap and get back to mixing these tracks in with the rest of your catalog into something actually interesting, build a goddamn LED spaceship and get the fuck back on the road.
my only request, is to not put the carnival rides off in the middle of nowhere, near no stages and in a corner...
that kind of sucked about nocturnal, and from what I understand, having the rides near the stages was one of the most epic things about edc...

Insomniac is excited to announce the creation of an enchanted new event: Beyond Wonderland!
Tickets go on sale Jan 1st!
Paul van Dyk // Sander Van Doorn // and many more...
It's been years since Nocturnal Wonderland morphed naturally into Nocturnal Festival, and as the Nocturnal experience has traveled deeper into the night and explored the depths of its forested terrain, we feel its time to rediscover some of the color and warmth of the original Wonderland event and reshape it into a fresh and novel form, building on and moving further than both of its predecessors and evolving the concept in rich new directions.
Insomniac had been producing Nocturnal since 1993. Weve thrown Nocturnal Festival for years, and prior to that Insomniac invested close to a decade of love into Nocturnal Wonderland. We now feel that its time to push forward, journeying past the boundaries, and see what lies on the other side of Nocturnal Festivals darkness. We will embark on an adventure to the far side of the forest, exploring what exists beyond.
Nocturnal Festival and Beyond Wonderland have been conceived as sister festivals, nights that share a special lineage and common ancestry, and contain many of the same truths in their design. Beyond Wonderland will evolve along fresh paths, incorporating novel motifs and growing an exciting new environment that is sure to enliven, stimulate the senses and delight all of those who have been seeking a return to the amazing hues and vibrance of our original Wonderland event.
Over the years many of us have missed the wondrous aspect that the original Nocturnal captured so well and Insomniac has received a number of requests to bring back the old Wonderland event. Rather than resurrect the past, Insomniac will push into the future, innovating and creating a completely new concept that will indeed transport us to wonderland and far beyond.
see ya there
Damn Groove Armada and Warren G?? Why in San Bernadino??
For your health
Sweet... what's the venue like? Pictures?
and lots of people bitch about the NOS, but coming from out-of-state i love it. it's been a few years since i've been to the NOS, but from my memory there's indoor & outdoor areas for the stages and a small pond.
I LOVE going to events at NOS, i would put it as my number 3 venue behind the Polo Fields and Coliseum.
MMmmm new rave. I love it. & it's not that hard to get to the NOS. Honestly it's a great place to rave. I'm interested to see how they bring it back to a more "wonderland" setting compared to Nocturnal. I like the ideas they shared so far.
just please everyone who is driving - don't take the exit they have on the flyers and site. Take the next exit and go from there. You'll save at least an hour. That is one down side about the location - 15 and 10 merge right there and it's a nightmare exiting the freeway.
It was only the 1 year that it was there. I'm not really sure if anything got too crazy. I remember traffic to the event was awful down on 52nd. It probably got extremely dirty and it did last till about 7 in the morning. I remember the next day driving through town and the road was packed with ravers. People were urinating on the side of the street and I remember a van passing us handing out balloons of nitrous. The faces on the old people trying to drive to church was priceless. I'm sure that had a lot, if not everything, to do with the current curfew.
Insomniac used to find some rad venues. That was always such an exciting aspect of going to raves - Virgin Outdoor Grass Location. ahhhhhh You could hear the angels sing in excitement!
I believe it's the 215 that merges with the 10 right by NOS not the 15, but the next exit is what i did for Nocturnal too. Another thing i did since i was taking the 10 east was take the 215 south instead of north, exit the first exit and get back on going north, then bypass all the bridge/merge traffic and the traffic to get off on Orange Show Road.
So, it's either this or Lightning in a Bottle. Which would you guys recommend? I'm leaning toward Lightning.
Last.fm
Big Boi/Killer Mike - 5/20 - Rialto Theatre
The Black Angels - 5/22 - Hotel Congress
Devo - 5/24 - Rialto Theatre
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - 5/30 - Rialto Theatre
Sadly i'm in the same situation, i am going with Lightning in a Bottle because it's more than just another rave. The line up on this is good and worth it, but i think Lightning in a Bottle is going to be a lot more of an experience than this will be. I also figure that if i skip this and go to Lightning in a Bottle it will go Coachelle>Lightning in a Bottle>EDC all in back to back months. It's going to be an expensive festival season for me this year.
