This is not a wish list thread..news should be trickling in the next few months and this is a place where we can keep track of things and discuss the confirmed or heavily rumored repeat acts and feel free to post stuff in here as you stumble upon it and I will update this page. A lot of repeats this year compared to past Coachellas. A bad sign?

A Place to Bury Strangers - Apparently touring with The Big Pink in the spring , released new album post-Coachella 2009 and conflicted with McCartney
Bloody Beetroots (LIVE) - Playing HARD LA around the same time as Coachella, played a DJ set last year
No Age - Board rumor somewhere, new album planned for Spring
Silversun Pickups - Apparently touring with Muse this spring, headlined Outdoor Theatre but were sandwiched between Morrissey and McCartney
Vivian Girls - Board rumor, released new album post-Coachella 2009, played to a half empty Mojave tent early on Sunday last year

Most years we only have 1 or 2 repeat acts at best and that usually comes with a new album being released within a year's time or blowing up in popularity after playing Coachella to a full Gobi tent or something. This is a lot of bands to be at the very least rumored to repeat. My personal opinion is that most of them don't even deserve to be repeated [[Vivian Girls' fanbase hasn't grown and their new album was not as hyped as their debut which they already showed up at Coachella for, Silversun Pickups got to headline the Outdoor Theatre last year right after their new album came out and their fanbase is more or less the same.]] I want organizers to see that if they do go through with some of these repeat bookings, they're wasting space on the poster for new bands that haven't played or haven't played last year.

Silversun Pickups probably won't because they're opening for Muse on the East Coast in February and March. Usually openers only do only one side of the country.

I would say this is going to be one, they had an album come out recently and have only gotten more popular since last years performance. I think if they played again this year they will be in either the Mojave or on the Outdoor Stage.
