So I was at a party on Friday and started talking to some dumbass guy and he started going on and on about how Daft Punk was going to be at Ultra next year. I crushed his dreams so good he got really mad at me and was all like FUCK YOU! hahahaha

p.s.-I also heard a rumor that Lady GaGa was going to be performing. Heard anything of this caco? I can see it happening and more so I would bust a nut if that you were true! have her play during tiesto or some other shitty act

I don't doubt on Deadmau5 being there maybe not both days like last year but at least one day...expect Moby in the Carl Cox tent...Afrobeta main stage...Dance Music Pimps 2nd stage...Rabbit in the moon 2nd stage....PVD main stage

A lot of the artists that were their last year released albums later in 2009....I can see a return based on that. Boys Noize, Simian, BloodyBeetroots, all released albums near the end of 2009. Deadmau5 seems to be turning into the "Tiesto" of Ultra....He needs to headline at the 2nd stage because him playing before Simian was strange. I felt bad for Simian because everybody left that stage after Mau5 played. There was too much fog at Simian, you couldn't see their knob twiddling!

My buddy just took a job as the drummer for the Bloody Beetroot's upcoming world tour for 2010 and from the sounds of it they will make another appearance. No confirmation on that yet though. (I have seen a picture of their new masks....they will be prepared for battle this tour!)

Yeah....Ditto on Guetta. Lol. I have to believe that Justice is a lock though. New album expected early 2010....Huge performance in 2007 and a follow up performance for their new album would be greatly accepted by UMF goers. All signs point to yes! (In my head at least)

Justices 2007 performance was actually kind of weak, i enjoyed it a lot and they closed with Pendulums VooDoo People Remix which was cool, but still kind of lack luster. A couple acts on you prediction list are no way going to play though, mainly The Knife. The Knife wouldn't draw a lot of the crowd that attends Ultra, kinda like Aphex Twin would never be at Ultra. Not saying Aphex Twin and The Knife have the same style, more just saying that they are more abstract electronic music that wouldn't fit the typical Ultra line up. Ultra died for me when they let the Black Eyed Peas play and EDC became 2 days, WMC is still awesome and i would love to go for the whole week just probably wouldn't attend Ultra.
