    Default first time on-site camper

This will be the first year I camp on the grounds. I just wanted to know if everyone leaves their tent up all day while at the festival. I'm pretty paranoid about everything, and I'd probably be worried that somebody would steal my tent. Do you leave your things in your tent all day too? If not, do you lock your stuff back in your car? I know I'm not going to have anything of great value with me, but I'm just curious. Is going back and forth to your car to get things easy to do or is parking far from the tent area? Thanks!

That picture makes Lake Cahuilla look like a resort.

Yeah, but what's the point of camping if you still have to drive?

I always hitchhike. Everyone is always going to the same place you're going.

Not having to wait in excessive lines trying to find your car and leave the grounds to get to the hotel every night.

Yeah, but if you camp off-site, you have to do this.

oui, gotcha. It's a little too late for me I think. getting loopy. In that case I don't see the point either. Apparently their parties are louder and better and they're allowed to have liquor. Me personally i'm always drained dead at the end of a day at coachella.

I hear that. With a lot of friends, it would be the most amazing time the night before all the music, I'm sure.
