All things PHISH New Years show, here in sunny Miami! I just put in my ticket request for the 12/31 show...and like i said before if i like you and you need a place to stay in Miami, I have 3 couches open. Tix go on sale 11/20 i think

We went to Joshua Tree too. It was sweet.

Phish and the male to female ratio discrepancy is nothing new.

In their movie "Bittersweet Motel," which documents their '97 European tour and their festival The Great Went, Trey makes up a funny song about 'the guys in the front row.' By the by, this year's Gorge shows had a lot of attractive women.

i got tix for the 28,29,30 unfortunately i did not get the 31st but i really wasnt expecting to so ill be going for those on saturday. if anyone wants tix i will be selling the 28th (Sect. 325 Row 19 Seat 1,2) and 29th (Sect. 117 Row 18 Seat 3,4) @ face value (includes rape charges and all that) and if it involves shipping it to you, you gotta pay for that too.

I would love love love love love to snag those tix from you!!!! since phish went to cyber-system instead of the snail-mail mail order I have had next to no luck. I was able to get two tickets to saratoga this summer, but other than that I'm continuously shut out. I definitely miss the good old days of decorating your envelopes. Anyhow, if I'm the first to jump on these, I will be doing a HUGE happy dance to know I'm getting into those shows!!!! We have our tickets down already and are going in costume and flying signs to get in if needed, but this would be a great start!

Just got back from Detroit.

It was a blast kicking off the new tour last night.

Last concert at Cobo Hall and the employees let anything go. No smoking venue, but EVERYONE was smoking everywhere. My tickets were on the 3rd level, but I sat at the first row in front of the floor.

Shake Down was in full effect in the streets of Detroit. The cops were letting people do whatever they wanted. Good times.

That's very nice to hear. I'm seeing them tomorrow and saturday night. I told you guys that this tour wouldn't sell out nearly as fast as the last one if at all. The hype of the reunion has worn off and scalpers aren't all over it this time which is a good thing for us. I just got tickets yesterday so I doubt it will even sell out. Was it sold out last night? Regardless, that's a good setlist, I'm excited. Any special guests last night?

i scored a pair of tix for the NYE show!!! cant freakin wait! then on the 3rd, my bro and i head to ft lauderdale to begin our second glorious jam cruise!!! phish to end the year, and jam cruise (jamaica & grand caymans) to begin the new one. fun times ahead!!!

The show last night was no where near sold out. It was the smallest crowd I have seen for phish in 30+ shows. Venue looked very empty, but it added to the specialness of the show.

A friend and I paid $20 a ticket. My other buddy paid $15. Then we were offered free tickets while walking in.

Haha, good point. I doubt it'll be much different in cincinnati though. I bought my ticket for friday yesterday and there were still plenty of seats left, of course they are here for two nights. It'll be cool if it's nearly sold out both nights in a row but we'll see. The MSG shows will probably be the only ones with enormous crowds on this tour and maybe philly.

I would totally go to to the Cincy shows, but The Pixies are playing Doolittle and bsides in Chicago Saturday night.
