That one song kinda sucks but I am interested in hearing the whole album.
soon...
it's so nice buying tix for a show that is only a few weeks away, not the usual multiple month wait.
they seem like they should be a lock for coachella considering Josh Homme and Grohl have each played at least once and it would be perfect for them.
Them Crooked Vultures > Faith No More > Muse ?
i could see it
I am neither foxy, nor a lady.
Neil Young - Kanye West - Beck - PJ Harvey - The Knife - Basement Jaxx - Tom Waits - Shpongle (Live) - Flying Lotus (Live) - The Avalanches - Autechre - Eels - Fat Freddy's Drop - Liquid Liquid - OFWGKTA - Freddie Gibbs - Big K.R.I.T. - Phantogram - Christian Scott - Nosaj Thing - Gold Panda - James Blake
For 2011
So "Mind Eraser, No Chaser" wasn't very good. I hope the rest of the album is better.
Edit: This riff is great.

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - 5/30 - Rialto Theatre
mind eraser, no chaser is oooookay, i've only listened to it a few times so i am reserving judgement until i see it live or hear it on an album.
new fang is catchy as fuck though. i can't stop listening to it!
i agree with most, New Fang is great, and Mind Eraser is meh, however, live I can imagine anything they play sounding amazing,

Yeah man, it's a killer riff brah. I wonder if the album has leaked yet. Can't wait to hear it. TCV for 2010. When I was lucky enough to meet J. Homme a couple of weeks ago, I told him how much I dug that track snippet on youtube. He was real excited about the new band and all he said about it was, "it's badass."
I have heard very good things about their live show. They would be great for 2010.
nice interview from nme -
their take on this group, which is nice to see from guys who have already done what they have done: "I consider the album to be the most exciting thing I've done in my whole entire life," says Dave Grohl from Nirvana and Foo Fighters.
John Paul Jones can barely contain himself, "Oh YEAH I'm excited! It's a dream... it's like the old Zeppelin days."
Josh Homme simply smirks, "Well, no pressure then."
haha, and i guess this whole thing started when dave set up a "blind date" with josh and jpj at medieval times for his bday...
