Help me figure out what music video this was.

So back in the summer of 1999 I went to Europe for about a week, and I saw the weirdest music video but could never remember who made it or ever see it again. I was in Paris watching their version of MTV while getting ready in the morning and on comes this music video of teddy bears committing suicide. One hanged himself, another slit his wrists and stuffing went every where. I have scoured youtube and google but can't seem to find it anywhere. I don't remember much else, I believe it was a rock song but I am not sure. The only thing I clearly recall is the teddy bears suicides. This has bugged me for over a decade now, I need answers(a youtube would be nice too).

okay now that this thread is up and running someone help me out.

what is that video that is an EDM song that has the people appear to be talking really quickly? Their rapid jaw movement meets the drums in the song.
