I suppose it's about that time.

Hi Tommy. Randy is a pussy huh? I want to fight him the next time I see him.
Oh hey.

Hi Justin. Randy is definitely a pussy. I almost fought him, but then didn't. How do you like Colorado? It's snowing here in Albuquerque. I like snow. Do you? What's your favorite weather? Anyway, keep in touch.
<3! Tommy & Bonnaroo. See you soon.
Bonnaroo 2007 was my first year, The Farm gave me a home when Coachella and the RATM fanatics shut me out. I have gone every year since then even though I wasnt so crazy about the past 2 lineups. The experience is worth the trip alone.
I love Bonnaroo with all my heart but will not be making it next year. Euro Trip and Glastonbury are calling out my name. I wish it were possible to do both but sadly its not. You crazy kids have fun for me and ill back in 2011 (hopefully)

Randy didn't stop by y'all's places?

I already have a headache. Sorry Tommy, you'll have to handle yourself tonight.
The lineup wasn't my fav this year, and the schedule was shit, but I still had a blast at Bonnaroo this year. That sums up how great of an experience Bonnaroo is, and pending a lineup I'll be there.

I will be buying a pre-sale ticket for sure. I'm guessing it won't be terribly difficult to unload if some unforseen circumstances arise.
About what time do they announce the dates again?
They announced the dates and held the pre sale in the first week of Dec. last year. And unlike some other festivals, they seem consistent on these kinds of things.
Roo's time of the year is the BEST time for me to travel to festivals because it's right in the middle of my kids' summer vacation, so I would like to go if I can. Line-up would have to be amazing though.

It's post Boss time! Just waiting patiently for presale tickets to go on sale. I'm also glad there won't be any Phish this year.

They better not get Phish again.
One of the things going on with Bonnaroo right now is a rift between audiences. If you were there this year especially there was a noticeable split between hippies and the rest. Bonnaroo walks a fine line between appealing to the original audience that built up the festival and branching out.
One of the bones they have historically thrown to the 2002-2005 Bonnaroo audience is the Sunday jam headliner. This year they just happened to have them play twice.
In any case I'm hoping they just put together a lineup that is just a little bit better than this year, and instead of a jam Sunday closer get Neil Young.
Just please no Widespread Panic.

Upcoming Shows
6/9 - Deftones/Dillenger | 6/10 - Cake | 6/17 - Buckethead | 6/28 - Glitch Mob | 7/25 - APC | 7/30 - LA Rising (Rage, Muse, Lauryn Hill, Rise Against) | 8/12 - Cut//Copy
It wasn't an aggressive rift or anything but you could definitely split the attendees into two groups pretty neatly: there for Phish and there for everything else.
Definitely. I just imagine the jam band crowd and the indie rock crowd were both respectively bigger than combined crowd. I'm not sure where Springsteen fits in there . . .
The Boss was the token headliner for older people this year like Tom Petty and The Police.
Go for it! I remember it being almost one hundred dollars cheaper, definitely worth it.
I'm for sure doing presale. The savings are worth it.
But how does one unload a ticket on ebay if you don't receive the physical copy until two weeks before?
