While I agree with you and believe if it's on Facebook it is public information it is the right thing to do. It was probably just meant for her Facebook friends, assuming she has a standard amount not 1,000 plus. Plus I would feel strange if I were ever to find out some random person on my friends list was posting pictures of mine on a message board for random people to see.
