I didn't get the bit saying i was done. Crashed when i submitted my CC info, and then wouldn't let me use my reg code anymore. Had no idea if I actually had a ticket until the conf turned up.

oooh. yeah that makes sense. the first two times I submitted my CC info that happened to me. I just went back and tried again. third time it took me to a page telling me I was done.

now I understand the concern about the email.

my experience is the same as sonofhal's, however, I am not concerned...

worse comes to worse it didn't work...then I will pull a frank and retry in 6 months when they go on sale again right before the fest...

yeah. if it tells you the reg number has already been used when you re-try, then you're probably set.

they need to sort their site out though. being slow is one thing. when it actually breaks (upon credit card submission, no less) and leaves people hanging, that's awful.
