That first recipe is not dissimilar to one of those McDonalds breakfast sandwiches with the sweet pancake buns. It's gross, but it's just not that unusual.

You Paula haters are nuts. Butter, cream cheese, mayonaise, and sour cream are the staples of happiness and she knows it. I wish she was my grandmother/cook.

Whether any of this is true or not becomes irrelevant every single time Paula Deen opens her cavernous maw and speaks. Her voice, her accent, her grotesque visage and her phony homespun platitudes work together in absolute disharmony. She could have the secrets to the universe's great unknowns, and I'd still want to sink knitting needles into my ears with great force the moment she began to reveal them.
Iher even more. Must rescue her from douchery. My chivalry instincts are at full power. I will hold her and read her poetry, and feed her watercress sandwiches from her own recipe. (The secret is a sprig of mint.)
Plus, I'm pretty sure my wife would say yes to a threeway.

I'm from the south and Paula deen makes me want to barf when I look at her and her food. People don't all eat like that down here.
Yea, for the record I don't actually eat Paula style foods on a regular basis and I would probably be dead, in a coma, or some sort of electronic wheelchair device if I did. It's a gluttonous indulgence whenever I do whip up one of her recipes, and a sort of guilty pleasure watching her shows. But I don't watch her frequently...and I get the hate.
