Aww man, if NIN at the Wiltern wasn't on the same day I'd totally be there.
this is a very awesome lineup! Really surprised to see both Converge and Lucero on there..where is this park?
I hope some of this lineup ends up at ATP New York.

just looked up the location...strange I'd never heard of this place. Anyhoo, sounds good to me!
LIGHTNING BOLT FTW!!
Coachella 01' - 13' and still counting..... 13th year!!!! Geez, I'm getting old..
I think the line up is a total win too.
I've been to the park. It was one of the first parks built near the first LA neighborhood (I'm getting this from Huell Hower's special on the park).
It's right next to Chinatown near the Goldline tracks.
They also do other events there like the Cirque Bezerk so it can handle the event.
It's a nice oasis in the middle of the industrial over built city.
EDIT:
Here is a video of the park. This guy ran into Huell Howser while he was doing the special.
Huell left the encounter in his episode! Pretty cool!
And it gives you a good idea what the park looks like.

so depending on how late this thing gpoes, we could just take the Metro and not worry about parking over there! Awesome!
Just so everyone is forewarned though, it is going to fucking hot as balls around that time. labor day weekend has been the hottest weekend of the year the last couple years...
The closest station I saw was in Chinatown at the end closest to where you turn up to Dodger Stadium but it's not that far. It's totally walkable.
Boardie train ride meet up!
Depending on the set times, maybe I'll stop by for an hour or two before NIN.
Also, you can trade 12-hours of volunteer work for 2 free tickets to FYF Fest

Yay for Japanther
Boo for no Deerhunter
This is a pretty awesome lineup, shame I'm gonna miss it.
I'm thinkin I might Amtrak it up from San Diego for this. Depends on how many people come with me though, and it's also lame that there are no trains running at night. But the proximity to Union Station is pretty awesome.
This little bit of information is awesome. Perhaps could I ask where you got it directly?
