    dont need a ride, but we are flying in to vegas on the wednesday and then driving down on the thursday, do you have any tips on the drive? how long it takes, which route is best, how do you keep the bats away, how much beer can you drink between vegas and coachella????

    also keen to organise some pre festy drinks on the wednesday night in vegas if your keen. started another thread re this a few weeks ago and there were a few people keen, will post again closer to the date.

    What's the driving like from Coachella to Las Vegas, as me and a mate were thinking of going there for a couple of days afterwards, and wasn't sure whether to fly, drive or get the bus?

    The drive is not bad it's about a 3-1/2 to 4 hour drive. If you take a bus then it will take you 6 to 8 hours. Flying takes 50 minutes but by the time you check in fly and pick up your bags it will take 3 to 4 hours.
