I'm 32, and I go to way more gigs now than I did at 22.

You?!?!? I am 40!!! Not to tut my own horn but I've been told I look 30... and hot!!! It's al about how you feel inside, it really reflects on the shell we call body... although I must be honest and say I would kill to be 21 again.

Here, here!!! I go to as many shows as I can, my schedule permitting, now then when I was a youngster.

I go to less shows now, but only because I have kids and responsibilities.

agreed. to be truthful, coachella is my chance to get the concert experience i used to enjoy nearly every 4 days while in college. not the same as to what i used to do, but it's actually superior -- i love how it introduces me to all types of music i'd probably never listen to (i.e. Amadou & Mariam, M.I.A., Girl Talk, etc.)

I said 30-35 isn't old, but I'd just hate being that age. I like being the age that I am now, and, yes I do not look forward to getting older--but who does?

that's all I meant. sorry to offend all you old farts out there

im 36. i used to think getting older would suck, but i enjoy life more than ever. i think the only thing that really sucks about getting older is being around long enough to lose the things you love.

Actually, how old are some of the acts? Isn't Willie Nelson 70 or summat? Now that's old and he's still up for it.

Hey, it's better than the alternative. I'm 32 and to put it in perspective I think about this: When Jim Morrison was my age, he was dead 5 years.

36-41 here. I go out more now than I did when I was 22-25 probably.
My coachella crew is also 42-50 and 51-60. In fact the only reason I know about a lot of these bands is because of my 51-60 friend.

Yeah, getting old is cool........and I enjoy being sober too, tee-hee-hee!

I'm 35, and went to over 60 shows last year. (13 already this year)

I did chat to an 18 year old recently who was only 4 years old the 1st time I saw Rage. That was kinda strange!

Guaranteed the 20 somethings willbe the scene kids there to see the hottest new "underground bands" to brag that they and their 5 friends are the only hardcore fans of- but 20 is a pretty nice and solid age- except it's like dangling meat in the face of a man that's been starved in the dessert for 2 weeks. I can't get into bars- the nicer clubs- etc etc... Almost there, but short by 6 funky ass months- blah...

Anyways- 20 is a nice age to be.

I certainly to expect the majority of the maturity to come from the 30 year olds. Why oh why do i relate more to the people between the ages of 26-62. Poor old soul trapped in the body of a little 20 year old. God, this has turned into a blog- sorry Coachella folk.....
