Puerto Rico is a beautiful country. Plus it is governed by the US....so it has clean water, American currency, standard health codes, etc...

Hopefully EDC won't be in San Juan. It is an over crowded city on the ocean.

They should throw the party on a beach which faces the Caribbean sea....it would be epic.

eh, it's a commonwealth, not a country. It is very beautiful. Wonder where it will be - they like to throw raves in caves and on the beach so it is possible to have a gorgeous setting. It will be humid but in the evening the weather is gorgeous. I have many fond memories of my visit - one that sticks out the most is smoking out on the beach at night with the view of a lightning storm in the distance over the ocean. If it didn't cost an arm and a leg for accomadations this would be doable. Too bad I got a divorce from my ex - he has a house there. ha

Dale, I think your memory may be flawed. Hotels there are extremely expensive and the few times I went out for food, that was expensive too. I ate mostly home cooked meals throughout my stay. Not sure how flights are now, but from what I remember - costly.

Nice. I didn't really get to the East side of the island. I was mainly in Rincon (far west), did go to Aguadilla, Aguada, Ponce, Anasco - mainly stayed around the West part. Managed to get to San Juan for one of the weekends I was there and hit up some DNB shows. I loved how people were just chillin at tables around the place breakin up their herb and rollin blunts. And the graffiti out there = fucking NICE.

I was there in August 2007 & August 2009, but not this year. It is a beautiful place, and there are places in San Juan that could hold it.

Forzapalermo did. He said he lost his clothes, wallet, money, id. So I think he had a good time He's busy moving right now, but hopefully he can give us a review sometime soon. I'm eager to find out how it compares to EDC here.
