SURPRISE US HOLIDAY ORIGINS TOUR
Acoustic X-Mas anyone?
Maybe they'll just do it every other year.
Was this announced anywhere?
I can only find reference to their 2009 appearance at the fest, also on December 15th.
Looks like the radio station is announcing act one a day this week, with Foster The People so far.
Not a legit date. Deck isn't on that day, the lineup is identical to the holiday show from 2009 (sans Metric), and another band on that lineup has broken up (I'm assuming this is being taken from pollstar, which frequently gets it wrong). It also has the venue wrong, if it's got WaMu. As much as I'd love another muse show in Seattle before the next tour, this ain't it.
All too true. Mistletoemania will just slay the ladies.Originally Posted by cutterbutter

muse's next tour will be similar to radiohead's pending tour, in that set lists will be full of songs off the two albums nobody wants them to play songs off.
I fear you may be right, re: Radiohead.
Oh my god. Are you guys seriously discussing what future Muse setlists will be like before they have even finished the recording of their new album? Seriously? Just go back and read the last few posts. This is insane.
I'm more upset there was not more attention given to fourthisto's post.
That was from an "Alternative Album Covers" thread on another message board. There were a whole bunch of Muse ones in a row the other day, and that was the favorite one of mine that I put together. Now I just have to work on a holiday one.
Hell, they only do the "hits" off of Absolution, i.e.-TIRO, Hysteria, Stockholm Syndrome. When I saw em, I kpet wishing for even just Apocalypse Please, or Blackout. If this new album blows, then I don't see me hitting up their shows anytime soon.
