So far the Japanese editions are going to have the most extras. 16 page booklet, mini-poster, and stickers.

when they did the manchester shows they announced those would be the only demon days live shows.

then a few months later they announced the NY shows. made some people very happy, really pissed off others.

they haven't said anything either way this time. personally I'm not expecting any more US shows.
