You don't need to worry about it unless you plan on digging holes to go pee and poo in.

My brother got it, but not at Coachella. People that move up to Bakersfield/Fresno area from LA that are used to car polution, tend to get it. Up here there is polution, but agricultural polution, which is a lot different. If your not used to it, you may get Valley Fever, but only if they are tilling or digging up the earth. A few days at Coachella would not do it, so dont worry.

my dogs have had for about a year. One was running around the yard bone thin and on her two front legs! Now she's fat and uses all four legs, since we started giving her medication. I wouldn't worry about it, though. My dogs got it but none of the humans I know have gotten it, so fear not (I know it happens to people, but just not people who don't dig).

About 5,000 people a year get the fever at Coachella. But, really, compared to the mass, that's not too bad.

I've was born and raised in the valley and I've never had valley fever. You're probably more likely to get hooked on meth then to get valley fever around here.

great, nothing to worry about, with the right medication you can be fat and running around on all 4s within a year. damn it sounded better being sick,

I remember they used to run these ominous "VALLEY FEVER" PSAs in Phoenix in the 70's.

They've pretty much paved over the entire 9000 square mile metro area, so I guess it's not a problem anymore.

I had a fungal nail infection once and lived so I'm quite looking forward to a bout of Valley Fever. It's got to be better than Saturday Night Fever anyhoo.
