To be fair, you can't blame an artist for people being crushed at a show unless the artist did something to incite it but since this happened in a narrow hallway and not on the dance floor I don't think that's the case.

Plus it said in this article police are still trying to determine what caused it, they are reviewing security footage. Maybe overbooking by the promoter, someone set off a flare/firecracker in the crowd, maybe there wasn't enough security, etc. Plus a 4th victim died. Very sad.
