IDK, I question why someone would be at a music festival if they didn't know about 2pac. That would be the same if someone asked who was Curt Cobain, Elvis Presley, or Jimi Hendrix. Or if someone shelled out the money to go to a big boxing match but didn't know who Muhammad Ali was. Seems kind of odd to me. That couple, if serious, must have been very casual music fans.

To get the thread back on track, I was loading up a pipe in the crowd (not sure the set), I pulled out my hash and had to use my keys to sprinkle it on the bowl. Someone behind me asks "Hey, what are you sprinkling on the bowl?", one of my buddies replies "black tar heroin..."

Believe it or not, there's a whole generation of kids who were not blessed to have shared the earth with Tupac like we all were. They know Dr. Dre only as the scary black man who makes them buy shitty headphones. "Death Row" is a place where other scary black men live, not the single greatest record label of all time.
