if KROQ's going to announce only a couple of bands, the site's gotta be updated with the full lineup as well, no? i mean, obviously not now -- they're probably laughing at us thinking "what, work on a Sunday are you nuts?" but if a radio station -- sucky, but albeit one that would widely publicize the event -- is going to mention the lineup, it'd be in poor form for them not to follow-up on it or confirm it. wouldn't it?

The website clearly says that Kevin & Bean will be announcing the COMPLETE lineup at 7:15. If they in fact don't, then that's plain false advertising right there.
