This is the way Coachella has always been. It's cool that Lolla's set times come out nice and early, as do many other festivals, but Coachella is not ANY other festival.

There, I was nice, now hurry the fuck up with the set times.

Tickets are expensive (not including travel expenses) and there are a ton of bands. I've been listening to new bands for months and I'm still unfamiliar with half the acts. Set times would help determine what new bands I'm able to check out. I mean really, I want to know if I'll be able to check out Muthafuckin M. Ward and his Sad Sad Song!

If you can't think of any benefits of having the set times sooner rather than later than there's no helping you. Mixed in with all of the whining are hundreds of posts outlining very valid reasons for wanting the set times more than a couple of days before the show.
