Best shoes for coachella?

This is my 3rd Coachella and I always end up bringing uncomfortable shoes and my feet are dead sore by sunset. In your opinion, what is the best kind of shoe to wear during Coachella?

This is key. Break some sandals in a bit before wearing them. But yes, sandals are the easiest thing to wear shoe-wise.

Think about it. Your feet get a little sore. You can slip your shoes off and stand barefoot in the grass. It's genius.

Sandals are my footwear of choice, I plan on bringing socks this year for later at night if it gets chilly. I love my Chacos, I have had them for 7 years and still going strong.

jebus. i remember back in 2006 when i went to ACL and had brand new rainbows. my feet were bloody at the end of the first day. i kid you not. bloody and covered in dust. i ended up buying a pair of vans at the beginning of saturday. its that damn fucking stitching . . . so brutal

if your shoes hurt just take them off. the grass is amazing. many people walk around without shoes

p.s we supposedly walk ten miles for the weekend or something. so our feet are bound to hurt no? xD

I'd suggest these if you're white and have to jump as high as everyone else on the polo fields.

flip flops, either Rainbows or Reef.

Reefs are better if you don't have time to break them in.
