Coachella n00b question regarding tents

What do they mean?
I mean I understand Coachella Stage is for the big acts and where the headliner performs and the Sahara is the dance Tent.

But what is the Gobi, Outdoor, and Mojave?
What acts traditionally fall under these tents? Is it based on their popularity like the Coachella stage or does each stage lean towards a certain genre like the Sahara?

size goes like this

gobi > mojave > sahara > outdoor > coachella

gobi is more indie and small acts
mojave is a wide variety of acts larger than gobi
sahara is strictly EDM
outdoor ranges but is mostly rock, folk, etc. larger acts
coachella ranges to everything but is for large acts

Outdoor: Smaller and less complex than Main Stage. Less Room for crowds, but still has enough for a large audience.

Gobi: Small tent that holds the smallest amount of people for a Coachella crowd.

Mojave: Larger than Gobi, can hold a decent amount of people

Sahara: The largest tent that holds a lot of people (Mostly electronic artists/live dance acts)

This was a bad overview, but it is all I can do with no pictures.

I think more people go to the Sahara than the Outdoor.

And the Sahara is not strictly EDM. Some acts like LCD Soundsystem, M.I.A. or the Rapture have played there before.

and yes more people go to the sahara rather thant he outdoor but the capacity for a crowd and size of stage goes as i said

the truth is, there is a large main stage... there is a smaller outdoor stage... and then there is Tent #1, Tent #2, & Tent #3...

but desert names like Sahara, Mojave, & Gobi sound better...

with the exception of the Sahara, no stage is one kind of music or another.
