hahah I guess no one understands the word final. These are just the predections we'll find out Wednesday.
Nice work, looks pretty cool it will be fun to see how close everyone got.
yeah, i think molotov will play the bajofondo slot at the outdoor stage.
When exactly are the real set times supposed to be released? I heard Monday but when on Monday?
I hate all these set times....
Hopefully no later than Tuesday. I'd rather have news of conflicts potentially ruin my Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday rather than find out Friday morning and have them ruin the whole weekend.
10/16 Massive Attack @ Greek Theater (?), 10/18 Culture Collide, 10/26 Asobi Seksu & Slowdive @ Royale, 11/7 Warpaint @ Echoplex, 11/12 Blonde Redhead @ Fonda
Friday my day would go: switch>noah and the whale>cage the elephant>the black keys> (decide between conor oberst or crystal castles)>(Franz Ferdinand or Ghostland)>girl talk>the presets>paul Mccartney>crystal method
Saturday: ariel pink>calexico>tinariwen>Amanda palmer>band of horses>fleet foxes>bloody beetroots>turbonegro>mstrkrft>chemical brothers
Sunday: supermayer>antonoy and the johnsons>lykke li>devendra banhart>fucked up>throbbing gristle>yeah yeah yeahs>mbv> plump djs>Etienne de crecy
i bet TRV$DJ-AM plays the Sahara during Thievery...
the same way M.I.A played the Sahara while Kraftwerk was on Main...

point is.. I paniced, took what I could get, threw it together and made it final.
(I believe you about the Ting Tings, but I moved em anyway.. I couldn't help it.)
So, these aren't perfect.. we know what looks good and what doesn't.
It's all good.
When the set times come out I will update the first page with side-by-side comparisons, highlighting what we got right on the predictions! yay!
After looking at the predicted set times, I foresee some serious depression in my future. There's no way I'll be able to see all the acts I want to see. While I've known this all along, the concrete evidence of this will break my heart.
My name is Becca. Hi.
i wish dorkfish would come in here and give us news on Saturday...
I want to learn Microsoft Project from Paulie and crew. Him pulling off the upcoming 3 days with minimal conflicts will be nothing short of brilliant.
2 oz blended whiskey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 slice lemon
Shake blended whiskey, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with the half-slice of lemon, top with the cherry, and serve.
Sunday I would love if they did a Justice thing with Etienne De Crecy (and also gave The Cure hella time). They could make it a Sunday tradition to end the night dancing in the Sahara.
Ron Paul 2012!
Death Cab for Cutie/Magik Magik Orchestra
some other bands
I would be very happy with these set times and see every thing that I REALLY wanna see.
Honorable Mention goes to:
dorkfish, rage patton, mvanwinkle, HEADSTRUCK, MassiveChemicalPunk, Boourns, DRcube, Xenocide, zenidogx, danteb, CitizenJ, psycobetabuckdown, suprefan, Amneeziac, JSam67, Alchemy, TeamCoachellaHellYeah, boarderwoozle3, magmazing, Dr. Lufs-al-ot, Why The Long Face

The one prob with that is APTBS tour relatively often (albeit I might be biased because i'm "up the road" from them in Boston, so it seems like we see them here alot). Presets don't come over from Australia as much, and Macca is Macca.
All three are worth seeing, I just think i'll have many more opportunities to see APTBS in the next year or two compared to Presets or Macca.
BJM, A&TJ, and No Age against each other makes me a little nauseous. Even theoretically.
