Want to share 2br condo in La Quinta resort on Fri and Sat

We rented a 2br condo and need to share it, as our friends did not go. We rented the same condo last year - it is great! Walking (for people in shape) distance to the festival (or 5 min drive). Pool, golfcourse, etc. It has two bedrooms (Queen in each) and two couches in the living room. We will take one bedroom - the rest is yours, so you can easily put 4 people there, which is cheaper than staying in the tent:) I want to get $380 for the two nights, which can work out for you to be $47 per person per night, if you are 4 people.
I'm putting significant safety deposit, so would like to share the condo with normal people, no fires on the carpet :-)
I paid almost $800 for the condo, not making money on it, just want to split the expenses.
