1 room, walking distance, indian palms

Hello

I have one bedroom in the Indian Palms avaliable. It is the only hotel that is walking distance to the festival, it is about a 10 minute walk away.
The room is in a hotel suite/condo that has 2 bedrooms, me and my friend will be in the other room. The suite has 2 bathrooms and a kitchen.

It is available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night.
The rate is $200 per night. I would love to find a group of two who are going for all 3 nights, but I am also willing to talk to those going for select dates.

No offense, but it is definitely not a 10 minute walk.

The closest hotel the to venue, yes. But it's a half hour walk at best.
