Uninspired, going through the motions. I think there is a disconnect with the audience. I liked the Sea Change songs but outside of that I thought his Neil Young and Bob Dylan covers were forgettable. I never liked E Pro so closing with that didn't help.

I thought his osl performance was good but not great. Basically kinda like his set at osl in 08. I danced and sang along but I agree that the energy wasn't really there. He left me with the same feeling he did last time. Was hoping he would redeem himself.

What he should really do is curate an ATP with Thurston Moore and during this event he should play Midnight Vultures one night and Sea Change the next.

Really looking to his headlining performance at Newport Folk Fest. I know he's doing these acoustic shows, but I hope it's a little more than Beck with a guitar up on stage. Either way, interested to see what he pulls out.

Completely agree. An album full of energy and great songs. Volcano is one of my favorites.
