but like last year, I am sure they will not be broadcasting every single performance. And at least not the headliners. they didn't broadcast any of the headliners for Lolla, Roo, or Coachella last year. Not sure about ACL but I would think it's the same. I'm just saying. Who knows. I do think the band has to release the rights though to broadcast their show and I highly doubt RATM would give those rights to such a huge company like AT&T
