I'm on the fence, but I got approval from my husband to spend the money, and the complicated dance of moving/changing jobs/etc suggests that it will be easier to lock in now than to delay and buy later. (Also, I figure I'd rather have a ticket, not be able to go, and sell, than not have a ticket. )

Yeah, I was thinking about doing that, except with the whole ticketing fiasco last year I worry that I wouldn't have enough time to turn it around in that case (or worse, be forced to do will-call). Plus the camping passes are supposedly non-transferable.

Yeah. I'd be happier making the decision if I had a better sense what the rest of the gang was doing - it's way more fun when there's a procrastinator party to hang out with in the campground.

I'm leaning towards wk1, because

(a) the only people in the group who've expressed an opinion have gone that way;
(b) i think it will be easier to deal with not being there the week after i've been there than the week before i'm gonna be there;
(c) the temperature might be a little better earlier in april.

75% will probably do week 1 which seems the "safest" bet (to ensure the pre-sale/layaway/mini-discount) right now. In a pinch, I guess you could always obtain week 2 tickets during week 1 from other means.
