i dont LOVE it. but i do love grizzly bear enough that it might be worth it. and then i have the astonishing perks of fl, vetiver, beirut etc.

I can imagine that a Grizzly Bear show would be much better than a 45 minute set at Treasure Island, but if you want to go you should go. I heard Sunday is close to selling out so it will most likely be pretty packed. Have you ever been to the festival before?

ive never been to the festival before, i wasnt planning on going this year either but my roommate said that it was mandatory, i didnt take much convincing. the problem is she hasnt planned shit, and im fairly apathetic.

They were booked for another event on Treasure Island that didn't end up happening. There was confusion as to whether that was going to be the Treasure Island line up... It wasn't.

super tight. They go to the gym every day.

pancakes, it could be under 60F during the day, and Treasure Island is situated *in* the bay but not very deeply inside so it's not well protected from wind. There is not much "t-shirt weather" in San Francisco.

I usually wear a t-shirt and a hoody, bring a long sleeved shirt in case it's excessively cold, and then have a poncho or something in my bag in case it's raining torrents. On the up side the grounds for the festival are really small so it's not like you'll be lugging that stuff miles each day.

I have only been the first year, but if you liked most/all the bands on the lineup, it would be worth it. The location is incredible. You'll see once you're on the ferris wheel.

Plus I think she might be driving distance from SF.
