Exactly. Should he have been able to say what people were allowed to eat? No. But were people really going to be stuffing quarter pounders down their throats during a concert anyway, especially a Morrissey concert? And it's not like it was cruel and unusualy punishment to make people wait an extra 2-3 hours before going back to clogging their arteries.
