That lead single is, without changing more than maybe one half of one note, "Taxman" by the Beatles. As much as I harp on bands for being "derivative", as long as you're adding something of your own to the pool I'm normally ok. But this is so damn blatant that I really can't even bring myself to listen to the album. Not to mention that they made THE most generic '60s album cover, completely aping The Who's Who's Next.
EDIT: Also, I agree with Mitch. More bands need to shamelessly jock The Who.
I am super excited about new A Winged Victory for the Sullen.
It was obvious she'd get BNM and deservedly so. This album is great. God damn, that voice!
It's scary to see the National and Arcade Fire above Daft Punk...
