I find that very hard to believe since Apple isn't one of the sponsors.

Considering the phone is so expensive even with a 2 year contract. And you can only get it with a 2 year contract even giving away just 10 with no contracts would be super expensive.

And you can only use it with one carrier, they're got a 2 exclusive agreement with Cingular/AT&T so most people couldn't even use it...
