bestie boys or coldplay are my guesses. Whatevs though, I just hope justice drops a really good new album and closes out one night on the main stage....
This is incredible if it is serious. A really good new album? They took how many years to release their SECOND album and it was terrible. Not to mention their "performance" on the main stage this year was a disaster. Starting 30 minutes late weekend one and playing the same 30 minutes of the same set they've played this whole tour still, leaving out most of their better songs? Weekend 2 was terrible as well, same set as the rest of the tour (probably pre recorded to go with their atrociously boring stage production and lighting) , shitty songs being played for 7+ minutes. Please, anybody but overrated terrible Justice.
The Rolling Stones - International Noise Conference: Los Angeles - Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers - Austra - Colin Stetson - The Pacific Rim Projekt - The National - Goat Rodeo - Hopscotch 2013- GY!BE - Beirut/Vampire Weekend
Their "performance" was a "disaster," "though."
5/25-5/27: MOVEMENT DETROIT
6/6: The Field @ The Independent
6/26: Colin Stetson @ The Chapel
Yeah, I think they're the beez knees as well, but, I think a lot of people would consider them a lazy booking.
Although looking at the Iheartradio lineup, could 2013 be the year where No Doubt are headliners?
A couple random guesses: Soundgarden, deadmau5, Queens of the Stone Age, Green Day, The Smashing Pumpkins (unless its a partial reunion of some sort), Jack White.
Actually with the decent reception Oceania is getting I would say Smashing Pumpkins aren't totally out of the question.
A Thom Yorke project

Please Dear God not the Beach Boys
The Smashing Pumpkins took a decent while to sell out a 1500 person in my hometown. Doubt they'll headline
or Paul McCartney performing anything close to the Frank Sinatra wannabe show he put on at the Grammy's last year. Kisses on the bottom can kiss my fucking bottom.
No Doubt
On monklish, some random anonymous nobody predicted a Yeah Yeah Yeahs & MIA dual-headliner night… Nonsense, but it made me wonder if we might soon see Sahara headliners listed on the top line along with the Main-stage headliner for some days. For example, Phoenix looks weak as a headliner on their own, but a top line that reads: Phoenix * Deadmau5 (in the dance tent) probably works.
