I feel like all the emotions about this topic should be confined to one thread. Whatever one thread that may be. Did we really need another thread? I'm just saying why do we need 100 threads about the same one topic? It would make reading the forum easier…So yeah, fuck your poll!
I missed her last year and I'll probably miss her again. Would have preferred someone new that hasn't played here before. There's gonna be extra big crowds for her this time b/c of the paper planes song.
i would've watched amy winehouse... i'll prolly watch MIA... the additions are nice but really i already have my tickets now and would've bought them without either of these artists on the line-up
hmmm somebody who i think would've been a better replacement than MIA maybe feist? i have never seen her at coachella
"conversation is a game of circles and i'm getting dizzy-- bye"
i feel watching the amy whinehouse spectacle would have been more interesting, but whatever
July 21- Soundgarden- Bill Graham Civic Auditorium
July 30- Rage Against the Machine/Muse- LA Coliseum
Oct 21- Portishead- Berkeley Greek
Nov 18- Pixies- Fox Theater Bakersfield
I don't get the 'h8ing' that occurs against this poor girl... I mean it's one thing to simply not care for one's music but damn, girl's got haters. It's sad. I really like her. I've seen her live a couple times and look forward to another ass shakin M.I.A. set.
I saw her the week after Coachella. No technical difficulties. So I'm basing my opinion on a successful show...that I didn't like.
My name is Becca. Hi.
Where's the "I don't really care since I'm probably going to be watching something else anyway." option?
lulz @ the percentages adding up to 122%
could be better....could be ALOT worse.
The Knife: 4/9 @ Fox Theater
Coachella: 4/11-13 @ Empire Polo Fields
sorta bummed about the lack of enthusiasm for mia, but i am also hoping we see another add for saturday.
there's gotta be someone to bump killers down.
then again, gv allowed jj to headline last year with no late headliner add........
Wish there was an indifferent option..
Luckily, she has tons of new material.
