I'm pumped to see him in the dome on Saturday.
Is his live show any good?

He's awesome live. He has this Tenori-On style visual synthesizer thing that's like a massive grid of buttons. It allows him to trigger various loops, mess with their speed, etc. He's very... active... when he plays it, it's a very physical process. It's tilted toward the audience usually because all the buttons light up and whatnot.
His live sets also tend to "hit" alot harder than his CDs.
Alfred's live shows are always good.
I implore you all to check out the great monome master.
It tears me up that I will probably be missing this AND FlyLo
I would pay $55 for a camping pass but Daedelus and Flying Lotus are always playing Low End Theory shows in LA and I will have plenty of chances to see them later.
Just thought it would be a cool experience in the dome on the polo field in the middle of the night. Magical.
daedelus is the best. he rocks that little light-up doohickey like no other.
I watched Daedelus once and he blew my mind!!! That guy has skills like no other!
I have seen him 3 times and even met him once, very cool guy and easy to talk to. Each show I saw him perform just got better and better. His controller has even evolved since I first saw him back in '07 at SXSW to this winter opening up for STS9. He brings it harder than you would think by listening to his albums.
The only record of his I have is Exquisite Corpse and I like it a lot. I will see him barring conflicts, maybe he'll get a late late night show? Is that actually happening? Cause it sounds too good to be true

i love this song ...my favorite off of love to make music to...i drop this song in my dj sets. he's pretty fucking good live. last time i saw him playing like two blocks from my house during wmc at a mini golf garden place. but he was being too loud and police showed up and made them end the party.
Saw him at the troubadour opening for busdriver, he's fucken sick live!!! Check out: Bonjour - Something Bells - Make it so.
Amazing Live Show! Truly original sounds and style! I have seen him at least 7 times now.
Rethinnking the weather is a fucking stellar album from daedelus! cant wait to see this
