ooh. that's not good. I went to a Moby gig once, all he did was mess around with his fucking turntable. No instruments, no Moby songs. It sucked.

I'd seen him once before and he had rocked the house with an all-Moby-real-instrument set. I guess I had great expectations and his dj set was a real letdown.

When I saw the Chems do a DJ set they played neither of these songs. I do recall a sample from Block Rockin, not sure about setting sun. I state my preference thus for a Live set but I am just happy to have the chems there at all. And on Saturday for that matter!

I don't mind that they're a DJ set I've heard from discussions on this board that they are amazing dj's, there was even a thread debating whether people would rather have them dj or play live people consider it almost as good so I'm pumped.

The Crystal Method, on the other hand, I've seen Dj at Pembey last year and thought they were mediocre at best so i'm really glad they're live.

Chemical Brothers DJ sets are really really fucking fun. They arent afraid to play anything and like to mix it up. I think the bottom line is that they know exactly what is going to get asses shaking and make the party get insane.

The time I saw them DJ I didn't really care for it - I had a hard time dancing to a lot of the songs and it didn't really flow very well. I can think of dozens other DJs I'd rather see (people who DJ as a specialty). I think the Chems should be live.

They played a DJ set at coachella before Fat Boy Slim back in '02 and it was the best I had ever heard from them. Yes, you will hear less of their own songs but if you like electronic music you wont be dissappointed.

I'm very picky with DJ's and I expect them to rock. But like I said before, Moby let me down once already, which is unforgivable. And if this will be similar then I'm gonna have to get really fucking drunk to handle 'human or dancer'...

lets go with the former but does it really matter enough to get so annoyed by it? I always feel if it gets that annoying walk away. its just words on a screen. But i really think i am in the minority about not caring about multiple posts. Its a message board and nothing more.
