So, they've now released two things.
The LCD Soundsystem track, 45:33 was great. It's amongst the best things I heard last year, kind of like a more varied E2-E4 (Manuel Gottsching).
Now, Aesop Rock released All Day for the second one. It's great. Mostly instrumental, one hunderd percent kickass.

The Crystal Method has released an iTunes-exclusive mix, Drive: Nike + Original Run.

The mix is Crystal Method's music for distance runs, or for people that just like a well-paced electronic set. The track is exclusive to Nike & iTunes.

The only two Nikes I know are LCD and Crystal Method. I gotta check out the Aesop Rock one.

no ha ha idle. these are special mixes made for running/jogging. itunes and Nike teamed up to put them together

well, the other two aren't mixes so much as extended recordings that the bands made spefically for that

A lot of the loops and sounds used in the LCD one are round on Sound of Silver, their new album.

Yeah, i realized that after my first listen. I couldn't figure out why it sounded so familiar.
I'm listening to the Crystal Method mix right now. Nike+ is three for three in my book. Best corporate sponsored music program I've come across.

I just got the Hives Black White and Run. It's fantastic! Reminds me of Soulwax. Very fun mix. The Aesop Rock one is superb as well. I'm surprised these dont get advertised more and or released in physical format. Some great production on these mixes.

Has anyone got the Cassius or A-Track mix?
