Cause starting the next leg of a tour a week after the 3 month Europe one makes sense. I'll say later in august.

If they're only doing the US in August and September, I'd say it's a definite possibility that they'll be back in the Spring next year. The band has stated that this tour will be about a year long. They're starting in May, going to tour Europe. Coming here in the late summer. I can see them spending the winter in Asia and Europe again and then coming back here in the Spring.
