They have to come back to California! Seeing all these songs played hurts!

They will come back here, when the tour is done and they take a break. I dont think they will tour the u.s. again though.

The only thing that would bring them back is playing san diego and San fran to make up for the cancellations. But, its easy to put out a press realese saying blah bah blah we care about San Diego/San Fran, and never really having any intention of playing.

No, they're done. They're hitting countries they haven't hit in awhile and that'll be that for another 3-4 years.

in other news I bought the DM video collection 86-98! Its sooo good but it really pisses me off that the videos 81-85 were never released in the US

On June 1st, 1995, after serving as the group’s keyboardist for over 13 years, Alan Wilder left Depeche Mode. On February 17th, 2010, after doing his own thing for over 15 years, Alan Wilder reunited with his former bandmates — at least for one night — at London’s Royal Albert Hall.

Per Slicing Up Eyeballs, Wilder joined Depeche Mode for a performance of “Somebody” during the band’s set at the Teenage Cancer Trust charity concert last night. Explaining the basis for the reunion in a newly posted blog entry on his website, Wilder wrote, “Dave contacted me a few weeks back and asked if I’d be willing to join them on-stage. He assured me that everyone in the band was into the idea. I was very happy to accept, especially as it was all in a good cause and we were long overdue some kind of reunion of this sort. It was great to see everyone again and catch up a bit, and it was also the first time I have actually ’seen’ Depeche Mode perform!”
