I wouldn't mind owning that shirt.

So remind me again why their Coachella 06 was considered so awful? I'm watching youtubes of it now and I gotta say it looks pretty fucking rad.
I'm never ever going to forgive myself for not seeing them that year

Nothing you can do about it. At least you got to see them. Trust me, you got to see them. Not a bunch of guys, who used to be awesome, then started touring 20 years later just to make money, and lacked the same stamina to perform.

You're absolutely right and have a great point.
It's just....something happened to me this weekend. I can't fully explain it but my love for DM increased ten-fold. The show really had an effect on me, it was just....transcendent. I can HEAR their music so much better, like a switch somewhere in my brain was turned on. I can hear every single beat and sound on its own as well as a whole with all the other layers. I just GET them so much more now. They have made a mighty leap on my list of favorite bands.
Show was Saturday night, on Sunday the only thing I was able to do was lay in my bed and listen to them (101 and Music for the Masses specifically). I was still in such a daze from the show, but that night I finally forced myself out of the house. I have a chunk of music of theirs that I just havent gotten around to listening to so on my bus ride home I put on Playing the Angel for the first time. When A Pain That I'm Used To started blasting through my headphones it made my eyes roll into the back of my head and I just had to put my head down, the rest of the album had a similar effect on me.
Even on Monday I was still slightly in a daze, I was just on a cloud the whole time at work. Singing Question of Time and spinning around in between customers. I'm just now starting to feel normal again but my obsession with DM is strong and powerful. This is not going to go away anytime soon
The show was just so....transcendent (it seems to be the best word I can find to describe it). I feel like this is what people like Dylan and Ryan talk about when they mention their Tool shows. Guys know what I mean?

The crowd was too large at Coachella. I only saw them on the monitors & I was distracted by the light show. This time around I could see them, and I could enjoy them. I still think the Kimmel show was great for me as well.
I cannotthis enough
Did they do that every night?!?!?!

I wish we could see the whole mini set they did, and not just the two we saw on Kimmel.

Remember when they first announced these tour dates all that time ago? I initially wrote off the South Florida shows because it was the last of the tour and I just KNEW they were going to be tired and phone it in. I still cant believe how much energy they had and how great they sounded and most of all they were still having a blast. Just thoroughly impressive on every level
